Associate Broker
In pursuit of continually educating myself to provide better service to my clients, in 2011, I successfully met the necessary experience and education and passed the California Department of Real Estate Brokers exam. An applicant must meet the minimum full-time work experience in the Real Estate industry, completing eight advanced-level courses that include topics of Real Estate Practice, Advanced Law & Legal Aspects, Advanced Finance, Advanced Appraisal, Economics & Accounting, Property Management, Administration, and Escrow. The California state brokers exam requires answering more questions and a higher passing grade than the standard real estate salespersons license.

Accredited Buyer Representative
The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This designation demonstrates my commitment to providing outstanding service for real estate buyers.

Seller Representative Specialist
The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is recognized by the National Association of Realtors. It is the premier credential in seller representation. The SRS designation elevates professional standards, enhances individual performance, and recognizes real estate professionals who demonstrate the knowledge and skills essential for seller representation.

Property Management Certified
The Property Management Certification (PMC) provides the knowledge and tools to manage and consult Residential, Apartment, and Commercial Properties. Extensive courses in Management, Legal, Reserves & Replacements, Repairs, Insurance, Investment & Financial Analysis, Financing, Tenant & Landlord rolls, Leasing, Purchasing, Selling, Marketing, Budgets, HUD, California Fair Housing, ADA, Service Animals, Health and Disability Considerations.
